Service Description

A new patient visit entails a detailed history, a thorough and focused exam of the symptomatic area and surrounding musculoskeletal system, and treatment (possibly including manual therapy, Functional Dry Needling, joint mobilization/manipulation, instrument assisted treatment, kinesiology taping and corrective exercises). Please bring or wear athletic attire (shorts, short sleeve shirt, or tank top) and arrive 15-20 minutes early for new patient paperwork. This will ensure that the full scheduled visit time can be utilized for assessment and treatment. Prior to your visit, please call your insurance company to verify your out of network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or move your appointment please provide us with at least 24-hours notice. This will allow ample time for other patients to book appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee for the full cost of the appointment.
