60 Minute Follow-Up Appointment

Service Description

A one hour all- intensive follow-up appointment allowing for time to treat and assess multiple areas of concern for optimal recovery, relief, and performance. Appointment includes manual therapy to up to 5 regions, and to the extremities and combination or mixture of the following: *Functional Dry Needling for 3-5 body parts * Active Release Technique therapy/Instrument Assisted Techniques to 5-6 regions * Kinesiology Taping for 2-4 regions * 20-40 minutes of Therapeutic Exercises/Corrective Exercises. Cash rates are as displayed, insurance rates will depend upon your insurance company, you may call your insurance company to verify out of network benefits. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or move your appointment please provide us with at least 24-hours notice. This will allow ample time for other patients to book appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee for the full cost of the appointment.
