40 Minute Follow-Up Appointment

Service Description

A follow-up appointment designed to address targeted areas as discussed during the treatment plan which includes manual therapy to up to 3 regions and one of the following: *Functional Dry Needling for 2-4 body parts * Active Release Technique therapy/Instrument Assisted Techniques to 2-3 regions * Kinesiology Taping for 1-2 regions * 20 minutes of Therapeutic Exercises/Corrective Exercises. Cash rates are as displayed, insurance rates will depend upon your insurance company, you may call your insurance company to verify out of network benefits. If you're unsure of the length of treatment you may need, please contact the office at (303) 736-9343.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or move your appointment please provide us with at least 24-hours notice. This will allow ample time for other patients to book appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee for the full cost of the appointment.
